Kiantama CEO resigns from his position

Kiantama Ltd announces that the company’s CEO, Vernu Vasunta, has received a District Court judgment, which is not yet legally binding. As a result, Vernu Vasunta has announced his immediate resignation from his positions as CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors of Kiantama Ltd.

“Although the judgment is not yet legally binding, I consider it to be in the best interests of the company that I step down as CEO and resign from all my positions on the company’s Board of Directors, thereby allowing the company to focus on its work,” Vasunta says.

The company’s Board of Directors has accepted the resignation. For the time being, operational responsibilities will be carried out by the Chairman of the Board, Matti Sipilä.
